Theatrical Training

I participated in 10 years of dance classes, taking every style of dance for several hours per week at Allegro Dance Studio in Kent, WA. This led me to working with several theater companies around the South King County area including Auburn Regional Theater, Kennedy Catholic High School theater, Hi-Liners and Rosebud Theater. I performed or assisted in over 15 productions including leading rolls and stage duties.

Trade craft is so important and I was fortunate to participate in Dave Nugent’s PA training class. Dave took us through the important steps to becoming a PA:
how to conduct yourself on set, in-depth descriptions of the most common tasks performed by PA's & how to do them well, the roles of other crew members, agency and client you will encounter on set, important industry terminology, hands-on tutorials explaining how to use relevant gear like walkie talkies, tutorials on vehicles you may be asked to drive and much much more!

Central Washington University

Just as trade training is vital, education is also an important step to being your best self. I have declared by BA in the Film Industry as my Major while at CWU. In addition to mastering the skills needed to work in all areas of the industry, a large part of the curriculum is in screenwriting and producing. I graduated from Central in June of 2022.
